A2P 10DLC Compliance Desk
Your business texts are being filtered. We register them properly.
Since 2023, US carriers require every business sending texts from a standard 10-digit number to register its brand and campaign with The Campaign Registry. Unregistered or rejected traffic gets blocked, filtered, or throttled. We prepare and submit the registration, fix the rejections, and keep the campaign compliant as your messaging changes.
Common rejection codes we clear
- 30913Marketing and transactional consent mixed into one opt-in
- 30896Opt-in language missing or not visible where the number is collected
- 30895Privacy policy missing the SMS data-sharing carve-out
- —Sample messages that do not match the declared use case
Local businesses
Appointment reminders, quotes and follow-ups that stopped delivering, or a new number that is capped to a handful of messages a day.
Agencies and CRM operators
Every client sub-account needs its own brand and campaign. We run the registrations so your team does not.
Rejected applications
Already submitted and bounced by The Campaign Registry or a carrier? We read the rejection, fix the cause, and resubmit.
What we handle
Brand registration
Legal name, EIN, address and website submitted to The Campaign Registry exactly as they appear on your tax records.
Campaign creation
Use case selection, campaign description, and compliant sample messages for each messaging purpose.
Opt-in and policy review
Checkbox language, confirmation text, STOP and HELP handling, and the privacy-policy clause carriers look for.
Rejection handling
We read the error code, correct the forms or your website, and resubmit until the campaign is approved or the carrier gives a final decision.
How it works
01
Intake
You send the form below. We collect your EIN, legal name, website, opt-in flow and sample messages.
02
Fix before filing
We correct the opt-in language and privacy policy first, because most rejections come from the website, not the form.
03
Submit
Brand and campaign are filed through your messaging provider. Brand checks usually clear within a business day; campaign vetting typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
04
Approval and after
Once approved, your throughput is set by the carriers from your brand's trust score. We keep the campaign current as your messaging changes.
Approval decisions are made by The Campaign Registry and the carriers, not by Knova Consulting. We do not guarantee approval or a timeline. Daily message caps are set by each carrier from your brand's trust score.

Questions
Do you guarantee approval?
No. The Campaign Registry and the carriers decide. What we control is submitting a complete, consistent application and fixing every rejection reason until a final decision is reached.
How long does it take?
Brand verification usually clears within a business day when the EIN and legal name match IRS records. Campaign vetting typically takes 3 to 7 business days and can take longer during carrier backlogs.
Which platforms do you work with?
Any provider that registers through The Campaign Registry, including HighLevel LC Phone, Twilio, Telnyx and Bandwidth. Knova Consulting is independent and not affiliated with The Campaign Registry, any carrier, or any messaging platform.
What do you need from us?
Your EIN and legal name exactly as filed, business address, website URL, where phone numbers are collected, and two or three examples of the texts you send.
Is the monthly plan required?
No. The $750 setup covers one brand and one campaign through to a final decision. The monthly desk is for teams that add campaigns, sub-accounts or locations over time.
